About Us

Thank you for visiting abasketcaseNY.com, recently named a Favorite Place on Google.  My name is Sandy Pizzuto. After a successful career as an advertising executive, I decided to turn my passion for creating distinctive gift baskets for family and friends into a thriving business.    A Basket Case was launched 13 years ago in Westchester County, just north of New York City.  My goal has always been to provide a creative, friendly, and reliable gift service.

Your gifts should be special.  That’s why each one of my gift baskets is designed individually.  I am always on the look out for new delicious foods, eye-catching gifts, and exciting containers.  Unless ordered in multiples, no two gift baskets are exactly alike; assuring that your gift is one-of-a-kind.

Your gift-giving experience should exceed your expectations.  Satisfying each customer is my highest priority.  I use only quality foods and premium gifts that you can be proud to give.  Your gift baskets are designed promptly and shipped or hand delivered within 24-48 hours.

"I have ordered numerous gifts from Sandy, each basket was created with her special touch and thoughtfulness.  They were always delivered on time and made each person feel special.  A Basket Case is one of those special businesses I use and I have no worries about how nice the experience is going to be.  Truly, a pleasure for both the person who is lucky enough to be getting the basket and I."

You should be able to personalize your gifts.  Just call and tell us a little about the person receiving the gift or fill out the Order Form on the Contact Us page.  I’ll create a thoughtful personalized gift that will show clients, family, and friends how much you care.  Does the lucky person have a hobby, favorite food, or are they on a special diet?  Are there children in the home?  Do you have products or promotional items that you want included?  A metal toy truck filled with goodies made the perfect get well gift for a little boy whose dad works for a major recycling company. A full sized wheelbarrow filled with gardening supplies made a creative gift for a new homeowner who couldn’t wait to dig into her own garden.

I hope to design a one-of-a-kind gift basket for you soon!
