  • Since our inventory is always changing, we reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value.
  • Orders can not be cancelled more than 24 hours after they are received, or in the event that they have been delivered or shipped already.
  • Unless special circumstances arrive, gift basket orders are designed promptly and shipped or hand delivered within 24-48 hours. (There may be a slighly longer wait during the busy winter holiday season.)
  • Orders for the northern Westchester County/Putnam Valley area are hand delivered. All others are shipped via UPS or a similar carrier. A Basket Case will continue to track the gift on line until it is delivered.
  • An e-mail confirmation/receipt will be forwarded when the gift is shipped/delivered.
